Hear from Sue Keogh, founder of local company Sookio, as she provides a taster of practical advice on making social media work for your business, straight away and whatever your budget.
Sue founded Sookio after several years working freelance, as a homepage editor for Yahoo! and music reviewer for the BBC. Prior to that Sue was Project Manager at ITV.com and worked at independent radio production company Smooth Operations. Sue regularly shares her expertise on social media, and writing for the web as a conference speaker for Govt Digital Services, Sage Business Expert programme and on local radio.
The event will also include information on Destination Digital, a government funded scheme to help small businesses use digital technology with grants to help buy digital products and free business support and an overview of Grants4Growth for companies looking to invest to grow.
